Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original condition, unopened, and includes all original inclusions such as photocards, posters, and stickers.
Submit a Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package before shipping it to our designated return center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
